If your task cannot be solved with a standard system, we will build you a custom system in line with our motto: “Made to measure and need.”
We set standards here by developing solutions for very specific cleaning requirements. Examples include the internal and external cleaning of tiny tubes up to 3 km long wound onto a coil, or the internal cleaning of agitator tanks using methylene chloride.
Pipes and tubes
Cleansing elongated pipes
Like no other company in the cleaning market, we have implemented a wealth of such projects. Pipes of all types and materials are cleaned in these systems. The know-how lies in the details.
For cleaning tests, our technical center has a test setup that can handle pipe lengths of up to 9 meters.
Coils
Cleansing of coils
Cleaning pipe coils is easy when you only have to clean them from the outside. However, cleaning the inside of these pipes is a challenge that only specialists can master. We have taken on this task and clean pipes with an inner diameter of less than 1 mm and an unwound pipe length of several kilometers in numerous cleaning systems.

Agitators
Cleaning agitator containers
We took on this challenge and developed a system for a well-known manufacturer of artificial marble sinks that cleans and dries the often heavily soiled agitators, for example before a color change, without leaving any residue.

Hardening
Cleaning of hardened goods
We develop and manufacture customized cleaning systems for the residue-free removal of production aids for hardening shops around the globe.
Optics
Cleaning optical lenses
What was unthinkable years ago is now taken for granted. The removal of protective coatings, centering oils, light-curing adhesive materials, and fillers from optical lenses without long soaking times, in a closed system that is environmentally friendly and process-reliable. This has been made possible by the development of a process technology specifically designed for optics in conjunction with the appropriate cleaning chemicals. Even the most sensitive glass is cleaned without damage or corrosion.
