THE TOP- AND FRONT-TOP-PRINCIPLE
As part of our risk assessment, we have classified the classic FRONT loading principle for SOLVENT systems as an environmental risk. Whether it involves products that are hazardous to groundwater or flammable, the escape of large quantities of solvent due to a technical defect would have fatal consequences for the environment and employees.
For this reason, we only build these systems in leak-proof designs as TOP or FRONT-TOP loaders. In both cases, even in the event of an accident, leakage from the treatment chamber is technically impossible.
With the FRONT-TOP loading principle, cleaning baskets are loaded into the system from the front (FRONT). However, the baskets are then lowered into the treatment chamber from above (TOP) within the system. This principle not only ensures safety, but also allows easy access to the goods movement and chamber door seal for maintenance purposes.
Cleaning media
The right medium for every application. We offer systems for all common cleaning media such as chlorinated solvents, modified alcohols, hydrocarbons, mixtures thereof, and aqueous cleaning media.
Spray cleaning
Maximum cleanliness for industrial components. Our spray cleaning reliably removes oils, greases, and particles—reproducibly, reliably, and efficiently.
Vapour degreasing
Deep-cleaning results for maximum precision. Using modern vapour degreasing, we reliably clean even complex geometries—without leaving any residue and with process reliability.
Immersion cleaning
Thorough down to every contour. Our immersion cleaning ensures uniform, gentle cleaning—even for heavily soiled components.
Variosolvent
One system, many possibilities. Our Variosolvent system series can be operated with various cleaning media – for maximum flexibility and reliable cleaning.
